"When you ask better questions, you hear deeper answers."

- David Coleman
Founder, The Black Mind

Why we Exists:

The Black Mind exists to bring the Black diasporas experiences into full color—where vulnerability isn’t weakness, healing isn’t hidden, and complexity is celebrated. By exploring our upbringing, emotions, work, relationships, faith, and identity, we begin to see the full spectrum of who we are—not just as individuals, but as a collective.

This isn’t just about self-reflection. It’s about re-learning how to see each other. Because when we understand our full selves, we become better at holding space for one another—with empathy, depth, and truth.

The Black Mind—in full color—isn’t just a slogan. It’s our truth, our texture, our liberation.
